Come experience The Language of Plants with Sovael and Ashley and connect with Cacao. We will be leading a workshop guided by a sound journey and channeling of sacred plants for connection and healing.

Cacao connects us to the heartbeat of the earth, the pulse of our ecosystem. It is a traditional food and medicinal plant with deep roots in Mesoamerican cultures, where it has long been used in communal and ceremonial. Historically, cacao supported vitality, focus, and social connection, often shared in ways that emphasized relationship, reciprocity, and presence. As a medicine, cacao is grounding and opens an ancestral connection. It supports heart–body coherence, emotional openness, and sustained energy. When worked with respectfully, cacao invites slowing down, listening, and reconnecting to ourselves and one another in a rooted, relational way.
